I had ordered panniers for my 2012 R1200GSA from another company and was sent the incorrect parts.... It was a bit frustrating so I reached out to Wild West to see what they could do to help. After talking with John, he got the Panniers, topcase, backrest and locks ordered and in a very short time the items arrived and actually fit my bike.
