I made an appointment with Patrick to have this warranty work done. As always- the Wild West Team was concise and professional. I think every employee in the facility ask me if I needed anything as I waited for the service to be completed. Indy kept me informed throughout the process as to when the bike was put on the lift and during the procedure, explaining what they were doing to my bike. Very impressive teamwork at Wild West!
