I live out of state so everything pretty much done over the phone.fast and easy with no BS. I purchased a'22 CB1000R B.E.The bike was as nice in person as was described in phone conversations. No surprises. I was out the door within 30 min. Thanks Andrew and Bret. BTW thanks for the tank of gas
