Hidden Fees and poor communication
The last thing i was told by my salesman Rich and finance manager Chris was to make sure to go online and talk about the great experience i had in purchasing my new 2020 Honda Foreman. was even given a card with a scan code so i could do it soon as possible. and i did because at the time it was good. until i got it home and saw that my new foreman had 4 hours and 8 miles on it. as in my previous review in which i stated that i had never owned one before i was not happy to see that 4 hrs was already run from my new purchase. as i continued to scroll thru the info center (which Rich so conveniently forgot to tell me about) i learned some more info. i called rich and was informed that the hrs and miles was from them starting and moving them from back to front and back. he said he should of went over that section of it with me but he said he was trying to get me on my way down the road. which i had not said anything about being in a rush. i informed him i has not at all pleased with this and he said he would work on a deal for a winch when i was ready. i ten called Chris with whom i signed all of the papers with and asked him about it and he said the same thing Rich had told me. Naturally... i called the service dept today to see how the 20hr service was handled and was informed to just bring it in and drop it off for a couple of days and then told me it would be $370 to do the service work. 370$ for a oil change that should be included. i bought the 5yr extended warranty and lifetime battery replacement as well. Rich is out for awhile so i called Chris and asked him why i was being charged for this work because neither him or Rich mentioned it and chris even went as far to tell me he had nothing to so with service and when i took my car in for work that i paid for it to which i informed him that the new car i had purchased had a 3yr full service plan with it that im sure i paid for but wasn't a extended plan. he informed me that he went over the 20hr service work and i informed him that Rich did also but they both failed to mention the 370$ cost. while it is somewhat about the money its more about the shady way it was handled.
